Foreman

Job Title: Foreman
Locations: Hiring for crews working in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Job Summary

The BRC Foreman works under the direct supervision of the General Superintendent. Responsibilities include delegating work assignments to crews, overseeing job performance of crew members, inspecting worksite conditions, training new employees, working alongside crew members doing tuck-pointing, caulking, bricklaying, as well as provide excellent customer service to the customer(s).

Equipment Mechanic (BRC Rentals)

Job Summary
Equipment Mechanics perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental equipment inside the well lit and air conditioned BRC shop.  Mechanics will also be responsible for service documentation, demonstration of equipment for customer use, and occasional travel to sites for repairs. BRC currently owns a fleet of over 100 Snorkel lifts (aerial and scissor lifts) and a fleet of Genie, Terex, and Skyjack brand telehandlers and lifts.

Job Summary
As a truck driver for Building Restoration Corporation, your main responsibility is to deliver equipment, fuel, and materials to BRC job sites across the Midwest and to improve BRC’s efficiency, provide crews with the materials they need in a timely fashion.

Maintenance Shop Mechanic

Job Summary
The Maintenance Shop Mechanic will be asked to perform a variety of function in support of our internal and external BRC customers. The most important of these functions will be to fulfill field orders by pulling, loading, and delivering needed materials and equipment to our field crews in a timely manner. The warehouse/shop associate will also be responsible for returning unused equipment and material from the job-site to the shop, making sure it is accurately accounted for and returned to inventory. In addition, the warehouse/shop associate will be responsible to either perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems on a variety of BRC owned equipment of facilitate repairs by a third party vendor as required for it to be ready for use on site.
