Job Summary
Project managers at Building Restoration Corporation communicate with clients efficiently, lead and organize multiple crews and companies through projects, and track projects through completion. A successful Project Manager will be able to balance and juggle multiple projects at once and maintain clear communication with many clients seamlessly. They will also have great knowledge of the industry and operations in order to foresee project hurdles to overcome and unseen expenses that may occur.

Equipment Mechanic (BRC Rentals)

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Department: BRC Rentals

Job Summary
Equipment Mechanics perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental equipment inside the well lit and air conditioned BRC shop.  Mechanics will also be responsible for service documentation, demonstration of equipment for customer use, and occasional travel to sites for repairs. BRC currently owns a fleet of over 100 Snorkel lifts (aerial and scissor lifts) and a fleet of Genie, Terex, and Skyjack brand telehandlers and lifts.

Handyman (BRC Field)

The BRC Handyman will be responsible for a variety of tasks to be performed under the direction of the president.  The handyman will have general knowledge in the fields of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC. Job Summary
The Aerial Lift Sales Manager is responsible for continuously selling and promoting of rental equipment, providing services to existing and new customers, developing and maintaining accounts, meeting sales goals, and maintaining the professional image of the company.
