Job Summary
Project managers at Building Restoration Corporation communicate with clients efficiently, lead and organize multiple crews and companies through projects, and track projects through completion. A successful Project Manager will be able to balance and juggle multiple projects at once and maintain clear communication with many clients seamlessly. They will also have great knowledge of the industry and operations in order to foresee project hurdles to overcome and unseen expenses that may occur.

Legal Research Assistant

Job Title: Legal Research Assistant
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations

The Legal Intern provides research and direction for legal compliance BRC functions. This position will research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist the President, EVP, DOO, Project Managers, and Human Resources.

Responsible for (Other duties may be assigned):
• Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Investigates facts and law of case to determine causes of action.
• Remains up to date with and manages compliance of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting workplace safety including but not limited to: OSHA, DOT, and all applicable state laws.
• Reviews legal documents such as contracts, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by the President, EVP and DOO.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.
• Assists Project Managers with licensure and permit requirements in all states where BRC conducts business.
• Files correspondence and legal documents in office filing system. Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.

Education
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of law school.

Equipment Mechanic (BRC Rentals)

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Department: BRC Rentals
Reports to: Equipment Manager

Job Summary
Equipment Mechanics perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental equipment inside the well lit and air conditioned BRC shop.  Mechanics will also be responsible for service documentation, demonstration of equipment for customer use, and occasional travel to sites for repairs. BRC currently owns a fleet of over 100 Snorkel lifts (aerial and scissor lifts) and a fleet of Genie, Terex, and Skyjack brand telehandlers and lifts.
